DAy 7 Update

Today was a hard day.

Yoga circuit in the morning, new pyramid workout in the afternoon and a meltdown circuit in the evening.

Combination of heat 25-26 degrees in Oban, carb depletion and intense workouts left me feeling really tired.

Also not sleeping well at night at the moment as it is so hot & humid and light.

Happy with the results from week 1 of the Challenge almost half a stone weight loss and about 5 inches lost around body. Hope that it keeps going this way. Determined to hit 17.5 stone by the end of the challenge.
