Hi Guys,

Busy day today, Meltdown circuits this morning at home felt good.

Power Circuit and Pyramid this afternoon.

Approaching the end of week 2 and the results are really beginning to show. Weigh in and measurements with photos tomorrow. So watch out for tomorrows post.

Am off to bed as am taking the kids to Walking with Dinosaurs in Glasgow.

DAy 7 Update

June 30, 2009

Today was a hard day.

Yoga circuit in the morning, new pyramid workout in the afternoon and a meltdown circuit in the evening.

Combination of heat 25-26 degrees in Oban, carb depletion and intense workouts left me feeling really tired.

Also not sleeping well at night at the moment as it is so hot & humid and light.

Happy with the results from week 1 of the Challenge almost half a stone weight loss and about 5 inches lost around body. Hope that it keeps going this way. Determined to hit 17.5 stone by the end of the challenge.

Week 1 Results

Here are the results from my first week on Dax Moys 30lb in 30 day Challenge

Weight = 262lbs (-6lbs)

Chest = 122cm (-5cm)

Waist= 118cm (+1cm)

Hips = 115cm (-5cm)

Thighs = 60cm (+/- 0cm0

Arms = 42cm (+1cm)

Calves = 42cm  (+/-0cm)

So to sume up 6lbs weight loss and 10cm from Chest and hips and gained 1cm on legs and arms.

Day 3 Workouts

Hi guys just finished my Day 3 workouts in my 30 Day Challenge.

Body weight exercises Squats/ pushups/ Spidermans etc done in small 20 min circuits 3 times a day.

Fair gets the heart and lungs and sweat going.

Just finished workout 1 of day 2 here is my reps with yesterdays in Brackets

Press ups – 77 (72)
Squats 60kg – 60 (48)

Shoulder Press 40kg – 42 (40
Step back Lunge – 44 (44)

Spiderman – 55 (48)
Step through Lunge – 24 (24)

Curl and press 10kg – 32 (28)
Squat 60kg – 52 (42)

Really pushed it this morning now off for brekkie.
