Here are the results from my first week on Dax Moys 30lb in 30 day Challenge
Weight = 262lbs (-6lbs)
Chest = 122cm (-5cm)
Waist= 118cm (+1cm)
Hips = 115cm (-5cm)
Thighs = 60cm (+/- 0cm0
Arms = 42cm (+1cm)
Calves = 42cm (+/-0cm)
So to sume up 6lbs weight loss and 10cm from Chest and hips and gained 1cm on legs and arms.
