Day 3 Workouts

Hi guys just finished my Day 3 workouts in my 30 Day Challenge.

Body weight exercises Squats/ pushups/ Spidermans etc done in small 20 min circuits 3 times a day.

Fair gets the heart and lungs and sweat going.
